Investigations into child kidnaping lead a police officer, Vlad, to the shadowy ruling elite. Tired of the corruption of his superiors, Vlad turns for help to his friend who works in the secret service, Radion, who has collected enough dirt to demolish the entire ruling elite, along with the shadow government.
