The Monitor must enlist heroes from all over the DC Multiverse after its malevolent counterpart, the Anti-Monitor, wreaks havoc on it. Other heroes, including a new Green Lantern Corps, join the battle as the Flash, sent by an enigmatic figure, arrives on Earth-3.
