Las Vegas Headliner, Billy Rizzo, is at the top of his game. Fame and Fortune, at his fingertips. He loses it all when tragedy deals him a losing hand, and he becomes homeless. Then Fate and Faith, and Redemption intervene, and he returns to the top, with a different mindset and view of those in need, to be a ministry to the homeless.
